Brandon Ishem (Speed, Agility, and WEIGHT Trainer)

Coach Brandon Ishem

Tulsa native Coach Brandon Ishem graduated from Tulsa Central High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in Health and Kinesiology from Northeastern State University, where he was a two time All Conference football player. He has trained with elite performance coaches across the country, including Chip Smith of CES Sports in Atlanta.

Coach Ishem has won three World Championships with the Oklahoma Thunder Football team and recorded a 4.29 forty yard dash, the fastest on the team. He has coached football at Madison Middle School for three years and Memorial High School for four years. He now serves as a Speed, Agility, and Strength Coach at MVP Sports and Training in Bixby.

Coach Ishem specializes in total athlete development. His private training now includes:

• Speed development and acceleration mechanics
• Agility and change of direction
• Proper weight training technique
• Muscle building and strength progression
• Higher rep hypertrophy training
• Position specific performance work
• Injury prevention and movement quality

Athletes learn how to lift with correct form, build lean muscle, improve explosiveness, and train with purpose. Every session focuses on long term development and measurable progress.
