Overview

MVP Reps is a structured, high-energy training membership focused on building real skills through consistent weekly reps. Athletes train with intent every session and choose the focus that matches their goals.

NOW OFFERING
NEW Basketball Reps Shooting

Each athlete selects one primary focus area.

Basketball Reps Shooting
One hour focused on shooting mechanics, footwork, shot volume, game-speed reps, and confidence. Athletes get shots up with structure and feedback under a proven shooter and coach.

Baseball Training
One hour of defensive work, hitting, base running, and game IQ development.

Speed and Agility
One hour of explosive movement training including ladders, cones, box jumps, hurdles, sprints, and change of direction work.

Soccer (M, Tue, Th)
One hour of skill-based soccer training to sharpen footwork, ball control, and on-field decision making.

MVP Reps gives athletes consistent weekly reps to improve mechanics, sharpen athletic ability, and build confidence under professional coaching.

This program fits families looking for a consistent and affordable training option that keeps athletes progressing year-round.

Monthly Metric Measurements – Powered by Rapsodo

Athletes in MVP Reps will receive monthly performance metrics such as Rapsodo Baseball, Speed, Basketball, and Soccer measurements.
