Coach Kenny has a lifelong passion for baseball, both as a player and coach. He played center field at Oklahoma City University, earning All-American honors and competing in the NAIA World Series in Tulsa. While he enjoyed his playing days, his true passion has been the last 10+ years spent coaching and inspiring athletes of all ages.

Coach Kenny offers highly personalized instruction, using advanced technology to break down mechanics and accelerate player development. He focuses on each athlete’s individual strengths, weaknesses, and growth areas—helping them improve faster and more efficiently. Beyond skill-building, Kenny serves as a mentor, supporting players on and off the field to build confidence, a strong mindset, and a love for the game.

Coach Macey Turley is a graduate of Broken Arrow High School and the University of Oklahoma. During her high school career the Lady Tigers won the state championship and Macey was awarded All-State honors as a first baseman. Through her hard work and dedication, she earned a softball scholarship from the University of Oklahoma where she played first base, outfield and was a successful designated hitter and was a part of the first National Championship, under the leadership of Coach Patty Gasso. Macey earned several athletic and academic awards during her tenure at OU.

. Coach Macey currently spends her time developing athletes of all ages reach their specific goals by working with each athlete on a personal and individual level. Macey’s love and passion for diamond sports is palpable as she relays instructions and drills to her athletes.

. Macey believes that every athlete has the ability to work hard to reach their goals and she’s available to help them do that.

Tulsa native, Coach Brandon Ishem, graduated from Tulsa Central high School. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from (NSU) Northeastern State University in health and kinesiology, where he was a two-time all-conference football player. Coach Ishem has trained with Coaches from all over the country including Chip Smith with CES Sports in Atlanta, Georgia. He has won three World championships with the Oklahoma Thunder Football with the fastest 40 yard dash for the Thunder at 4.29 seconds. He coached football at Madison Middle School for three years and at Memorial High School for four years. Speed and agility training Coach @MVP-BIXBY.

Focusing solely on building Speed and Agility, Coach Ishem, specializes in equipping youth with skills necessary to become an All American Athlete. Coach Ishem spends countless hours developing youth athletes and encouraging them to push beyond the imitations of society. He stands by three principles of success: Desire, Discipline, and Dedication.

Coach Keshun Blair graduated from Coweta High School where in his senior year he lead them to a state playoff birth. While in his senior year he earned All-Conference honors. After his senior year he went on to play overseas basketball in Germany. Before returning to play college basketball at UCO then Langston University.

Coach Keshun has spent the summer coaching our an MVP Elite AAU summer team. While also still being a basketball trainer for all ages that have a love and or curiosity about the game. Keshun has a fire and enthusiasm in him that would spark many athletes love for the game of basketball even more.

Keshun believes that It’s not about where you start but where you finish, and that you will get the most out of anything if you put your all into it.

Trey Cobb played at Broken Arrow High school from 2010-2013, Oklahoma State 2014-2017, New York Mets 2017-2022, Philadelphia Phillies 2023, and now currently a free agent signed to play in Mexico.

Trey has done private instruction for 8 years and really enjoys working with young athletes and getting the most out of them physically and mentally.

Whether they are high school kids trying to get college interest, middle schoolers looking to make their high school teams, young athletes that feel like are missing a part of their game to allow them to pitch more or move up in the order on their teams, or someone just transitioning into the world of kid pitch, Trey would love to work with your family on achieving that goal!

COST: $60 for 1/2 Hour Sessions.

Denver native Coach Luke Kohnstamm graduated from Bixby High School and was a 2x State champion in both football and rugby. He also attended Coffeyville Community College to continue his football journey. Coach Luke has trained with coaches from across the country, including Coaches from one on one kicking, Johnny Hekker, Austin Seibert, as well as local coach Loren Montgomery.

He additionally won a Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference championship. Currently he plays for a semi pro team located in Tulsa as he continues to compete in football. Coach Luke has coached football at Bixby High School for a year as a student coach. He currently serves as a Speed and Agility Training Coach at MVP Sports & Training in Bixby.

Coach Lukes primary focus is teaching younger kids proper technique and skills developing speed and agility, specializing in equipping youth with the skills needed to become All-American athletes. He works numerous hours to develop skills that translate to in sport success.

Coach Josh Morgan, a Long Beach, CA native, starred at Orange Lutheran High School where he was a 4-year starter and earned First-Team All-American honors his junior and senior years. He committed to UCLA before being selected in the 3rd round of the 2014 MLB Draft by the Texas Rangers.

Josh played professionally from 2014 to 2023, earning All-Star honors in four consecutive seasons and spending time with both the Rangers and Mariners organizations. After retiring in 2023, he transitioned into coaching and now works in the Seattle Mariners organization, helping develop Minor League talent into Major League players.

Coach Josh is passionate about player development and brings that same energy to every athlete he works with—focused on helping each one reach their full potential.

Coach Jaxson is a Bixby native and former All-State outfielder at Bixby High School. His standout performance earned him a spot at Oklahoma State University, where he played in 162 games and helped the Cowboys win two Big 12 Championships and reach multiple NCAA Regionals.

He was known for his all-around impact and was a First Team Academic All-Big 12 selection. Now, with a deep understanding of the game, Coach Jaxson is passionate about giving back and helping young athletes grow, compete, and achieve their goals on and off the field.
